Australian Orders

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Post - flat fee: $10.00 flat rate
  • Express Post - flat fee: $20.00
  • Free shipping for orders $180+ | Standard Post
  • (Australia Post advises this is no longer an overnight service)


Delivery Times

  • Standard Post: shipping will be delivered within 3-10 business days by Australia Post (metro areas, expect longer in regional areas)
  • Express Post: shipping will be delivered within 1-3 business days by Australia Post (metro areas, expect longer in regional areas)

    Authority to Leave: For Australian customers, packages are dispatched with an Authority to Leave (ATL) status. If customers prefer not to have their package left unattended, it's recommended to direct it to a nearby Australia Post parcel locker or contact them for alternative solutions.

     

    International Orders

    International shipping is available at a flat free rate of $50 AUD.

    Orders will be delivered via Australia Post’s trackable International Standard Service. It is affiliated with the postal services within your own country. The estimated delivery time between metro areas of major cities is 7+ business days (expect longer in regional areas). This excludes time in customs (if applicable) and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post’s control. 

    *Tracking not available for all countries and additional charges may apply. We will let you know if this is the case for your country. Customers are responsible for any import taxes and duties upon the package's arrival in the destination country.

    • Orders processed Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays)
    • Order confirmation email sent with tracking details
    • Secure delivery address required (no PO boxes)
    • Authority to Leave (ATL) applied to all domestic deliveries
    • Extra delivery time may be needed during peak periods (Easter, Christmas)
