RETURN POLICY

At Madge Goods, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with any item you’ve purchased—whether the fit isn’t right, the size is incorrect, or if there is a fault—please email us at hello@madgegoods.com.

Return Windows & Conditions

  • Online Purchases: 14 days from receipt of item
  • In-Store Purchases: 7 days from purchase date

Conditions for All Returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items should be free from makeup, pet hair, and marks.
  • Returns must be in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase or the original invoice.

The Return Process

Steps:

Step 1: Email hello@madgegoods.com with:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Wait for our return authorisation before sending your item.

Step 3: Ship your item to:

Step 4: Keep your tracking number until return is processed.

Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 7- 10 business days from the receipt of your returned item.

 

Important Notes

  • Returns only accepted with prior email authorisation.
  • No social media return requests; please email us hello@madgegoods.com.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

     

    Return Options

    Store Credit:

    • Available for change-of-mind returns (not faults).
    • Valid for 12-months from date of issue.
    • Usable on any full-priced item.

    Exchanges:
    • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
    • For items of higher value, pay difference within 24 hours.
    • For items of lower value, receive the difference as store credit.

    Refunds:
    • Refunds are only provided for items deemed faulty or not as described under ACL. 


    Shipping & Handling

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty).
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Returns over $75 should be sent with tracking/insurance.
    • International customers must arrange tracked return shipping

    Note: Madge Goods is not responsible for damage or loss during transit. We recommend using a tracked satchel for your return.

     

    Items Not Eligible for Return

    • Sale items (discounted by 25% or more)
    • Final Sale items
    • Pre-orders and custom orders
    • Gift cards
    • Items without original tags
    • Items returned outside return window
    • Items damaged from misuse or incorrect care

       

      Faulty Items

      Under Australian Consumer Law:

      • If your item is faulty, email hello@madgegoods.com with fault photos.
      • Madge Goods covers return postage for genuine faults.
      • Faulty items may be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund. 

      Note: Faults caused by misuse or improper care are not covered. 

       

      Gift Returns

      • Gift items will receive store credit if marked as gifts at purchase.
      • Unmarked gifts will be refunded to the original purchaser.
